Whether you’re recovering from a surgery, illness, injury, or other hospitalization, a short-term rehabilitation stay at Covenant Woods’ Manor East can give you the 24-hour care and therapy services you need to heal and regain strength and abilities so you can return home safely. Covenant Woods residents can also receive outpatient therapy services right on our campus to continue your recovery or aid in recovering from a specific injury or an illness.

Offering physical, occupational, and speech therapies all under one roof, our team can work with residents and their doctor to develop and implement a complete plan of care that will help increase your strength, mobility, and balance; manage pain; address cognitive deficits to assist with medication management; and focus on activities of daily living so you can achieve your highest possible level of independence.

Specialized certifications and treatment

Covenant Woods has been awarded CARF accreditation, signaling our commitment to providing the highest quality rehabilitation services. Our therapy services staff members hold a variety of certifications including but not limited to athletic training and LSVT® and LSVT BIG® for Parkinson’s disease treatment, and we provide voice therapy including VitalStim® and other modalities.

Inpatient short-term rehabilitation at Covenant Woods’ Manor East is designed to provide the intensive rehabilitative services you need to recover from a surgery, illness, injury, or other hospitalization. Based on your doctor’s orders, your program of care will include a personalized plan with advanced, interdisciplinary therapy programs led by certified therapists, and 24-hour nursing assistance. In an environment designed to promote comfort and healing, your stay with us will include:

• Private room with an adjustable bed
• Private bath with large, walk-in shower (handicapped accessible)
• Three delicious meals daily
• Medication management
• Individually controlled lighting, heating, and air conditioning
• Cable television and Wi-Fi service
• Housekeeping and linen service
