The Manor and Manor West

When you choose an independent living apartment in The Manor or Manor West, you’ll enjoy living close to the dining and amenities of Centerpointe and with easy access to all the amenities of The Lodge via an enclosed walkway. This is also where you’ll find our newly redesigned Rowan one-bedroom floor plan, as well as larger floor plans with more than 1,300 square feet.
All offer large windows, a full kitchen, walk-in closets, a washer and dryer and more. It’s everything you need all under one roof, making these among the most convenient independent living apartments near Richmond.
The Lodge
