Covenant Woods has 104 apartments and 29 cottages which occasionally become available. Covenant Woods is glad to accept your reservation to our Future’s List. The Future’s List requires a $1,000 deposit for singles or $1,500 for couples and is designed for those people who have an interest in moving to Covenant Woods in a few months or in a few years. This deposit is refundable at any time and will be deducted from your entrance fee when you move in. Admission is based strictly on the chronological order of deposits and applications received.
