Cottages are lovely brick two-bedroom or two bedroom with a den homes ranging from 1,705 square feet to 1,975 square feet. Each cottage is one floor with a garage; some have a two car garage. Cottages include a foyer, breakfast room, two baths, and covered patio, and some have a fireplace. The small yards surrounding each cottage are maintained by Covenant Woods, but do provide space for those who enjoy a bit of gardening.

The kitchen invites you to cook should you choose, and includes residential size appliances: stove and over, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and sink disposal. Many cabinets include pull-out shelves for convenience.

The bathroom designs offer accessible comforts that also have safety and independence in mind. Linen storage adds convenience, as does the cottage’s washer and dryer.
