Leadership: Community Stewardship

Covenant Woods is a not-for-profit Virginia corporation, tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Covenant Woods is led by a volunteer Board of Directors, which in accordance with the by-laws draws one-half of its membership from the Presbyterian Church and one-half from the United Methodist Church.
